Media Accreditation Information

Once you register yourself, a dedicated team from our end will check your registration as ‘Media’ and subsequently let you know if you qualify to attend the event on a complimentary basis. The last date for pre-registration is three days prior to the respective show.

Your Media badge will be handed over to you at the registration counter at the show, ensuring smooth and swift entry at the venue.

In case you do not qualify or have not applied in advance, you can still attend the show by doing on-site registration against an amount of Rs.1000, wherein you will be handed over with a visitor badge on-spot.

Media Accreditation Requirements

The following persons are entitled to media accreditation:

We point out that presenting a press card is generally not, in itself, sufficient grounds for accreditation. The exhibition organiser reserves the right to request further proof of journalistic employment as specified in items (a.) to (e.) - all credentials should be presented in English. The exhibition organiser reserves the right in individual cases to also demand presentation of a valid photo ID. There is no automatic right to accreditation. If necessary, the exhibition organiser shall exercise its domiciliary rights.
