Any organization or individual claiming otherwise is acting without our consent and is engaging in deceptive and potentially fraudulent activity.

Specifically, we would like to alert you to recent unauthorized communications sent by entities falsely presenting themselves as associated with the Travel & Tourism Fair (TTF). These communications misuse the TTF name and branding and attempt to market attendee lists which are not provided by us. If you receive any unsolicited communication offering attendee data, directory listings, hotel bookings, or requesting payments and it does not originate from our verified contact points, it is not legitimate and must not be entertained.

Fairfest Media, the organisers of TTF, will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of engaging with unauthorized third parties or responding to fraudulent communications.
